this was the first cover for the movie comic i came up with.
i wanted it to have the movie poster feel with a collage of images. i looked towards drew struzan for insipration, for he is the king of movie posters. it makes me a bit said that this art form is fading out for the crappy digital posters. sometimes hand rendered is better. i enjoyed most his indiana jones postes. but anyways, yeah, i wanted this pic to have that feeling. its also the cover i spent the most time on. i wanted to give the people a more realistic look, but there is that whole legal thing about the exact likeness of a person, and you can't draw them that way, or you can't use that logo, so i did my best with what i had to work with. still it was fun working on this project, even with the crazy deadlines that went with it.

hit the stupid download buttom to see better image.
an impressive peice even down to the star-scape a for sho, so tell me though how do you think the film will turn out and what do you think of Ford vehicles monopolizing on the TF's, either way from what I've seen it looks eyecandy and I'm sure Micheal Bay knows what he's doing. seeya
don't you mean gmc vehicles. there is only one ford, and thats barracaide. i don't really care who gives the movie the cars, as long as they suit the character, and i think that they do. i know that bb might have been better if he was a vw bug, but i know that vw doesn't want there cars to have anything to do with fighting. i think all the car modes work well.
