tf: spotlight arcee alt cover. by markerguru tf: spotlight arcee alt cover. by markerguru
here are the pencils for the alt cover to the arcee spotlight.
i was messing around with fisheye perspective. i'm interested in the warped feel it gives the image. since its suppose to be disturbing i felt it would work well with this cover. oh, for some who have asked on the tf boards, the head is suppose to be large, cause its the focal point, and i wanted to focus on the face. i also made the computers smaller so we can see more of her body. also there more like pad size comp's anyways.

This is by far the most awesome transformers cover I have EVER seen. It gets back to one of the biggest roots (if not THE root) in this type of Science Fiction (Maria Metropolis). When I saw this for the first time I was instantly blown away by the resembelances. This cover alone can just about tell the entire story. I like the perspective most of all. It keeps you waiting for her eyes to light up and shoot holes through you when she comes back online. After seeing this cover I went looking for some of your other works. Keep up all the awesome work. You bring alot to the Transformers Universe. Thanks

standard comic page size. so the paper was 11x17 but the workable area would be smaller.

Awesome picture. The perspective effect is great, aswell as the "melted eye-liner" on her cheeks.

Absolutely :worship:
